America Online, Prodigy, and CompuServe: cheap somewhat limited access, but contain their own specific content too. Tend to have lower-tech and or "yucky" web browsers that don't work with all the newer technology like Netscape does.
Internet Service Providers such as Great Basin (Shameless plug, I know!) provide full access to the Internet, but fewer managed content areas are provided.
